At AeroBand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
